"It was the summer 2002. I was very disturbed emotionally and physically because I had serious sciatica and had difficulty to walk. Surgery was recommended but I hesitated. I was desperately trying to find safer alternatives to heal myself. I tried various modalities but none seemed work. My illness deteriorated further with time.

"My first acquaintance with the Shell Essences started when I was studying the 'art of rational healing' of homeopathy in Sydney. I visited a homeopath in 1999 to deal with my eczema and emotional issues since childhood.
