Q1. How use the Shell Essences basic healers and specialist healers?
a) Orally
6 drops under the tongue, 3 times per day or as directed by the practitioner.
b) Orally, diluted with water
Some people who may not like the taste of brandy can take Shell Essences orally diluted with water.
(6 drops of stock into 8 oz spring water)
c) Spray topically
Some Shell Essences can be made into a spray and applied topically.
Guidelines:
i. 8 drops of Shell Essences into 50ml spring water, or
ii. 16 drops into 100ml spring water, or use the same ratio to make the spray.
Q2. How long do I need to take an essence?
For short-term problems, one 25ml bottle – which will last about a month – is usually enough. For long-term problems an essence may need to be taken two to three times a day for a few months. If the problem is within the family tree, a stock strength essence is may be more appropriate.
Q3. What is the difference between 'Stock' and 'Dosage'?
'Stock' describes a concentrated essence from which practitioners mix dosage bottles. A 'Dosage' is an essence mixed from the 'stock' and is ready to take.
Q4. Are there any negative side effects?
A: None have ever been reported.
Q5. What will happen if I take the wrong Shell Essence?
A: If you take the ‘wrong’ Shell Essence, the energy will just dissipate from the aura because that healing is not required. As with any medication, pregnant women should consult their health practitioner before using any essences. Properly prescribed and used according to instructions, Shell Essences are very safe, even for animals and small children. However any medication should be taken with care and respect.
For hygienic reasons make sure the dropper does not touch the mouth.
Q6. How many essences can I take at the same time?
A: You can use one or few, but up to 5 or 6 single essences to go into one blend.
Q7. Can I take Shell Essences with other medications?
A: Yes, however it would be wise to ask your doctor to monitor your medication, as you might need a lower dose.
Q8. What are the advantages of the skin & hair products with Shell Essences?
A: Special blends of Shell Essences have been added to the body and hair care products to cleanse the energy body of negative energy fields.
Q9. How do the Mists work?
A: The mists are sprayed into the aura to remove negative energies that impact upon the body’s energy system. The Harmony Mist removes negative energy from living or work areas.
Q10. If I am allergic to shellfish, would I be allergic to Shell Essences?
A: No. The animal body of the shellfish is not used, just an energy imprint from the calcium shell.
Q11. Can I take Shell Essences if I have a problem with alcohol?
A: Most vibrational remedies contain a small amount of brandy as a preservative. The amount of alcohol is very small, however if alcohol is a problem, the drops can be taken in a glass of water to avoid any taste or smell. If alcohol is still an issue, the drops could be rubbed into the temple or sprayed on the aura.
Q12. If my baby or small child does not like the taste, can I put them in fruit juice?
A: Yes. The Essences can be mixed with juice or water, or applied to the skin of a small infant.
